The YESS program maximizes the potential of youth and empowers them to succeed during their transition to adulthood
The Youth Empowered Solutions to Succeed Program (YESS) improves the emotional and behavioral health functioning of youth and young adults, ages 16-25, struggling with mental illness and housing instability through providing clinical services, care management and peer support to increase successful transitions to self-sufficiency in adulthood.
The YESS program is committed to helping improve the lives of youth and young adults in our community by supporting and empowering them to increase their functioning in health, community and daily living, employment, education and housing. All resources are evidence-based, person-centered, and culturally competent. Involvement in leadership decision-making roles in the community is encouraged with the YESS program and aims to amplify youth voices in all levels of decision making in our community.
Treatment and support offered through the program includes case management, mental health therapy and support, supported employment, supported education, peer support services, referral to other community supports and agencies.
