Individuals or Groups of 8 or less are welcome to sign-up for this fun and fulfilling volunteer opportunity at the Geraldine E. King Women's Resource Center. This service opportunity is designed to accommodate volunteers ages 8 and up. However, minors must have adult supervision throughout the duration of their shift in the donation center. As a donation center volunteer, you can expect to help out with the following tasks: loading and unloading incoming donations, providing donation receipts to donors, sorting donations, and organizing and refilling clothing and hygiene bins. Volunteers for this opportunity should be physically able to stand for two hours be able to assist with minimal heavy lifting.
