Run for Home! Join us in a fun run to benefit VOA’s homeless youth.

Lace up your shoes and run with us in our first annual Run for Home, a 5K and 10K run to support VOA’s homeless youth programming. The race will start and finish at Salt Lake City’s 9th South River Park and run along the Jordan River Parkway. This family friendly event will include course support, t-shirts, finish medals, raffles and a breakfast block party!

Run with us, join the party and support our new Homeless Youth Resource Center.

Volunteer Spotlight :  Peggy MONOTONE

Peggy began volunteering with VOA’s Homeless Youth Resource Center over a year ago with South Valley Unitarian Universalist Society who volunteers on a regular basis to  help with meals and donations and have been a huge help to our program.  Peggy continues to help with this group, as well as coming on a regular basis by herself to help sort donations and anything else the center needs.  As a mother herself, “she wants to help these youth as much as she can.  She really enjoys interacting with the wonderful staff at the center as well.”  Her dedication and hard work are greatly appreciated!!
