    In partnership with The Food Truck League, the Food Truck Face Off is a fantastic evening of great food and entertainment benefiting 5 nonprofit organizations that work with Utah's homeless and low-income youth and families: Fourth Street Clinic, Habitat For Humanity, Utah Community Action, Volunteers of America Utah, and YWCA Utah.

    VOA's Youth Resource Center

    Volunteers of America, Utah presents an annual Homeless Youth Forum to initiate a dialog about youth homelessness in Utah. Our speakers and panels will discuss the latest issues and trends, identify resources available for homeless youth in Utah, and share possible solutions to help them succeed.

    Founders' Day Breakfast

    Little America Hotel

    Volunteers of America was founded in 1896 by social reformers Ballington and Maud Booth. They envisioned a movement dedicated to “reaching and uplifting” the American people. On behalf of the organization, the Booths pledged to “go wherever we are needed, and do whatever comes to hand.” Each year we celebrate our history, our progress and recent successes and share who we are. They're hosting the next event on June 3rd and the theme is "Havana Nights". #SecretSLC is known for throwing the most unique experiences in the state.     Bird & Water Dance Ensemble

    Murray High School

    The Bird & Water event is underwritten and sponsored by Cindy Lu & Halden Foundation 盧氏基金會 partners with the Ronald McDonald House of Charity, Volunteer of America/Youth Resource Center together with other community groups, businesses, individuals and volunteers. At the performance, Cindy Lu & Halden Foundation will collect sun safety items for VOA's Youth Resource Center. Attendees are encouraged to bring small bottles of sunscreen, chap sticks and bug spray to the performance on June 3rd, 2017 if you would like to support the homeless youth.
