    VOA Run for Home

    9th South River Park

    Lace up your shoes and run with us in our first annual Run for Home, a 5K and 10K run to support VOA's homeless youth legal clinic. The race will start and finish at Salt Lake City's 9th South River Park and run along the Jordan River Parkway. This family friendly event will include course support, t-shirts, finish medals, raffles and a breakfast block party! Run with us, join the party and support our homeless youth legal clinic.

    Homeless Youth Forum

    VOA's Youth Resource Center

    Volunteers of America, Utah presents an annual Homeless Youth Forum to initiate a dialog about youth homelessness in Utah. Our speakers and panels will discuss the latest issues and trends, identify resources available for homeless youth in Utah, and share possible solutions to help them succeed.

    Volunteers of America was founded in 1896 by social reformers Ballington and Maud Booth. They envisioned a movement dedicated to “reaching and uplifting” the American people. On behalf of the organization, the Booths pledged to “go wherever we are needed, and do whatever comes to hand.” Each year we celebrate our history, our progress and recent successes and share who we are.     Taking it to the Streets 2017

    VOAUT Youth Resource Center

    This will be our 6th year of "Taking It To The Streets" ride to benefit the VOA Homeless Teens Resource Center. We are excited to also be holding an after ride benefit concert at The Barbary Coast Saloon featuring 4 bands! Last year was our biggest and best year of this annual event!
