    Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy allows our therapists to work one-on-one with clients to set goals and implement a personalized treatment plan. Individuals typically attend one weekly therapy session and participate in group therapy. Because many who struggle with substance abuse also have co-occurring mental health issues such as depression or anxiety, our individual therapists work closely with an on-site medication provider.

    Group Therapy

Group therapy plays an important role in our treatment programs. We offer both process-oriented recovery groups and skills-focused psychoeducational groups to provide the services that will be most helpful to each client. Many of our groups focus on recovery skills, providing the tools they’ll need to prevent relapse and teaching the skills needed to cope, communicate, develop healthy relationships, regulate emotions and more. We also offer a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group that focuses on increasing interpersonal effectiveness, developing one’s ability to tolerate distress, and learning to regulate difficult emotions.
