The Housing Program seeks to support individuals and families as they transition from homelessness and addiction to permanent housing and sobriety. This program couples both supportive case management and affordable housing to maximize success of program participants. Individuals admitted into the program must be homeless and have completed substance abuse treatment. Case managers provide individualized care to assist participants in reaching success. Overall the program seeks to have individuals experience longer periods of sobriety and exit into permanent housing and self-sufficiency.
