Volunteers of America, Utah's Outreach Services mission is to deliver efficient mobile and fixed outreach services to enhance the well-being of homeless individuals, families and youth, and to provide them opportunities to move out of homelessness and onto the path of self-sufficiency and permanent housing. This is achieved through our Homeless Outreach Services Program and the Homeless Youth Resource Center.  Volunteers of America, Utah also offers the  Circle of Hope program.  Circle of Hope is a unique program that addresses the cultural needs of Native Americans in our community.

Volunteers of America, Utah also provides housing case management designed to complete the comprehensive continuum of care for clients in order to help them break the cycle of homelessness and establish a life of self-sufficiency.
