Kathy Bray, MSW, CSW ,President & CEO
Ms. Bray is a Certified Social Worker who has twenty-three years of experience in direct client service and administration of homeless and substance abuse related programs. Ms. Bray is responsible for the overall management, fiscal stability, and strategic direction for the organization. Kathy participated in the policy academy related to homeless families in California in 2005.
Mark S. Manazer, Ph.D.,
Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Manazer is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with more than thirty years experience in treatment services and administration of human services programs. Dr. Manazer provides clinical oversight of the Homeless Youth Resource Center programs. Since 1999, he has provided weekly clinical supervision for the chronic homeless projects. Mark participated in the policy academy related to chronic homelessness in 2003.
Karen Keene, BA
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Keene has twenty-six years of accounting, human resource, and financial management experience. Ms. Keene is responsible for the administration and oversight of all organization finances, budgeting, financial reporting, human resources, and risk management. As Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Keene will provide financial oversight for this project.
Zachary Bale, LCSW, MBA
Vice President of External Relations
Mr. Bale is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with ten years of experience in human services, non-profit evaluation, consultation, and administration. Mr. Bale served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Honduras. He is responsible for management and oversight of resource development, marketing, and public relations for the organization.
